Working with Sam and Kyle to plan their Vancouver Wedding was so much fun!  These two had such a clear vision for what they wanted for their big day and we were so in love with all the small details they incorporated to make this wedding unique… Like penguins!

Check out some photos from their big day, taken by our friends Jelger and Tanja Photographers:

When we first met up with these two, they were already set on having their ceremony in the beautiful Van Dusen Botanical Gardens.  As this is one of our all time favourite Vancouver Wedding Venues, we were stoked!  We then suggested the hall for the Reception, and we were set!  We  had the pleasure of working with the venue’s resident caterers-  Truffles Catering again, and they certainly did not disappoint.  The vegetables were especially delicious!

One thing this Vancouver Wedding Planner loves to do in the off season is plan styled shoots! We have many to share, but thought we would start with this amazing Boho Wedding Shoot that took place at Crescent Park and Crescent Beach this summer.  Honestly, we are true hippies at heart, so this style of shoot was right up our alley.

Check out the awesome pics taken by Caroline Ross Photography:

We had such an epic team of amazing Vancouver Wedding Vendors that participated in this shoot!  Past Pieces took care of the decor and overall look of the entire shoot.  Kick Ass Cakes and The Cake and Giraffe provided amazing mini cakes that were as delicious as they look in the photos!  Hand Lettered Love by Bev created the beautiful invitations.  The lovely ladies from Save the Date Beauty took care of hair and makeup for our gorgeous model and also provided all the stunning dream catchers we used on the beach! The Main Street Honey Shoppe was kind enough to provide the honey favours for our table setting.  Little Pink Dress provided the amazing lacy boho dress for our model, while The Gypsy Heart took care of the accessories!  Florals were created by Bridal Beginnings!
